The location is superb, with everything you need close by, including the MRT station and great dining options. the staff was efficient and friendly, always ready to assist. the room was clean, comfy, and had a beautiful view. I appreciated the thoughtful service, like fast room dining. Overall, a great stay compared to other hotels in the city.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the need for more natural light in the rooms. a refurbishment wouldn't hurt to keep up with newer standards.

our room was really clean and the hotel's location was super convenient - with raffles and raffles city nearby. the public transport was great with mrt and bus just a stone's throw away. also, the on-site restaurant was pretty good too.

The rooms were spacious and the shower was easy to use, plus the beds were super comfy, making it easy to catch some Z's after a long day out in the city. The breakfast was top-notch, and the hardworking staff really stood out, especially the friendly guy at check-in who set a great first impression. 🌅 Despite the warm room due to the iffy AC, the overall experience was still positive, and the central location made it a convenient choice for exploring the city.

Upgraded to a Premier room at Carlton Hotel was a delightful surprise. the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. the marbled tile bathroom with a bathtub was a favorite. the friendly and courteous staff went above and beyond, even offering evening housekeeping to respect the 'do not disturb' sign, showing exceptional care and attention to guests. the lobby's welcoming scent and cleanliness added to the overall pleasant stay, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The location was dope, super close to Esplanade - Theatres By The Bay where we caught an amazing concert and checked out cool art exhibitions. Plus, it's near the library dedicated to the Arts, where we chilled and checked out graphic novels. The Premier Wing had the sickest view of the city and the harbor, perfect for Instagram-worthy pics.

The only thing we wished for was a hip rooftop bar or a club where we could party and hang out with other young peeps. More party vibes, please!

I thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular views overlooking iconic landmarks and the city from my room. the hotel's prime location allowed for easy access to a variety of attractions within walking distance. However, improvements could be made in terms of poolside amenities and breakfast options for a more enhanced stay.

Luxurious amenities and exceptional service made for a truly indulgent stay. the spa and wellness centre provided the perfect escape with its sauna, jacuzzi, and selection of massages and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing in the sun while enjoying poolside snacks and drinks.

The room was spacious and comfortable, yet slightly dated in its decor. the continental breakfast lacked variety and was not quite up to par with the rest of the exclusive offerings.
